The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with proven expertise in social media content creation. The ideal candidate will be a master of their craft, able to transform concepts into trending, high-performance video assets particularly short-form reels and videos that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Edit and produce premium, thumb-stopping video content for our social media channels (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
•  Lead the video editing process from concept to final delivery, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic.
•  Synthesize marketing briefs and viral trends into innovative and compelling creative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
•  Continuously propose and implement new editing techniques and ideas to optimize content performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of 2+years of Proven experience as a Video Editor with an exceptional portfolio focused on high-performance social media content.
• Mastery of industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects are essential experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
•   Expert-level understanding of social media platforms, their specific technical specifications, and what content performs best on each.
•  A sophisticated eye for visual storytelling, pacing, color grading, and motion graphics.

•   A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with an impeccable ability to meet deadlines.
•   Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
